    Beautiful fan. It is sleek. Goes very well with my traditional decor. There isn't much that it wouldn't go with. The blades are a beautiful rich brown with reddish undertones. So much better looking than the fake blades most commonly used. I love the fact the the light is carefully integrated and does protrude down. Makes such a difference in the styling. Looks so much more expensive. The motor is very quiet. The light has 5 temperatures to choose from that also dim. The remote is easy to use. Customer service is over the top. 15 out of 10. I had multiple conversations with them and I never waited more than 12 hours for a response. Super impressed! Any issues? Reach out. They will take care of you in a way that is getting to be all too uncommon.

    I purchased 2 of the 72” fans for a large living room. Upon receiving the fans, I found that one of the motors didn’t work. I emailed Heimo support and received a reply within hours. They sent a replacement fan, which I received within 2 days. I didn’t even have to return the one that didn’t work. Plus, they upgraded the warranty to a lifetime warranty. The fans are beautiful and work perfectly. I’m very impressed with the fans and the customer service.

    Great fan/light combination. The airplane propellor-look is very cool, especially in black!
    Remote works fine & cycles through all light & fan settings.
    The top bracket to mount it is very solid and it works great on cathedral ceilings.

    One caveat: On one of the two fans I bought, the order of the 3 colored wires with a plastic connector at the end, were opposite of each other (yellow, white, red to red, white, yellow-SEE PHOTO). We installed it the first time w/o noticing and the light was flickering and the remote worked erratically. Once we diagnosed it and changed the order of the wires (using the same connector), everything worked fine.
    I definitely recommend this ceiling fan, just be aware as you're assembling it for any mistakes.

    This a huge beautiful fan with real hard wood blades – it is stunning. The 72" width is no exaggeration – its most definitely the largest fan I've ever had the pleasure to own and I love it;) To me these 3 blade fans have a bit of a nautical feel or maybe it the area we are in? They just look so cool ive wanted one a big one and this large size really makes me smile .. its going to look and feel quite at home in our large vaulted living room. It still under renovation but we were able to put this together and hang it briefly before painters came back to work 🤣. I was worried I may have overeached with the width and the slope of the ceiling. But – No worries needed the variety of down poles will cover most installations. The only place you may need to cautious is hanging it near the peak of double slanted space. My hubby held it up at our peak just to see if it would be possible and it was no issue here either …but with steeper pitch you will want to measure at the stated lengths forcwidth clearances,( longest length shown is the limit of the wiring not a mistake in adding up pole length👌 ) . I LOVE the dimmable light – even though its a bit plain its not unattractive – my favorite part about this besides the look and overall presence it has IS the RECALL FEATURE! Just 🤯 thank you for this! No more fussing- the fan/ fixure removed was making me batty. Not only NO recall but a SEVERE delay from button push to actual change of settings that had me chasing my tail – running through the options 2 or 3x to get to stop on the setting I wanted EveRYTime.. lol , It Was making me a little 🤪. While The actual light cover is nothing to write home about it fits with the design well. This has a minimalist feel to it. It seems like a Great value for the $ . What is most impressive is the REAL WOOD , it said real wood but I was bracing to be disappointed on that part.. at best a thought it would be veneer of some kind- but NO – THIS IS Real wood, lightweight wood but STRONG hard wood of some kind. IT HAS beautiful grain , is beautifully stained and just perfect. The angles and curvature produces great air movement. This completely elevates pur space on so many levels. I'm really happy with this. If I COULD dream for more – the only thing I wish it had would be an amber nighlight or full RGB function. Its hard for me to not have abilty to pick my own bulb features.. but ..every other lamp and fixture in the room has been selected for such ambience choices so Im all good with it. I do wonder what one does when the light stops working one day though .🤔 on that note I will get back on this point as we are reinstalling I will need to look into this .. I do hope its somehow replaceable ! Long life of LEDs aside lightning and other things could factor in at some point , lol, oh boy – I'll tell u now I'd go without the light before ever letting the fan go 🤣😂😅. Just saying .

    So we changed a light fixture to this ceiling fan and despite it being a bit of an adventure, we did it. The hardest part was getting up to the raised ceiling in a narrow bedroom with a wide-based ladder.

    It's been almost a decade since I wired up a ceiling fan and I was dreading doing this one. However, the instructions were clear and the receiver wiring was acceptably simple. Do note that you have to use the receiver. The motor is quiet and there is a bit of blade noise at higher speeds since there's only 3 blades. The aesthetic is pretty cool though so I don't mind the tradeoff.

    We have raised ceilings in the bedrooms so we opted for a slightly longer down-rod, but the ones they ship will work for most people.
