Cartridges worked great in my canon printer. I initially had a problem installing the cartridge, but the problem was on my end. I called customer service and they called me back the very next day. I had already figured out what i was doing wrong but they were pleasant to talk with and were prepared to walk me through the installation. I've bought 3rd party ink cartidges several times and this is the best company ive ever dealt with and their product is high quality.
